I work as a psychiatrist, creator, writer, entrepreneur, philanthropist and human behavior expert dedicated to helping you fully express yourself and be the person you’ve always wanted to be. I’ve made it my mission to spread the message that you don’t have to live small or live in fear of your potential. We are changing the world one brain at a time and I hope to empower all of you to find your energy, purpose and passion.
I was raised in Chicago, born in the UK to immigrant parents and taught to play it safe in life. One day, I woke up from my automated slumber, my fears of being different and my reactive life and decided to find the courage to fully express myself. I now work hard creating, educating and entertaining on the video podcast Morning Madness, the late night talk show Reef Madness and helping people find themselves and improve their lives at my treatment center, Lumion Center, in Beverly Hills, California.
I love old cars, deep dish Chicago pizza, college sports, stand-up comedy and partner dancing (rockabilly, latin and urban pop). And I want everyone to share their unique voice and find the courage to be their authentic self. Laughter really is the best medicine so spend more time laughing.
